But, the big key here is how visual I am. The digital calendar allows me to erase and move things around with ease. Plan out intentions for each day ahead of time in a digital calendar. So, while some may be able to work 9-5, for me, my work schedule is more like 8am to 8pm, where I take long breaks for fun, lunch, and more. I actually need breaks throughout the day to be productive. What I often find is that a set 9-5 doesn't work for me. Set a loose daily routine, filled with extra time for distractions and fun. ![]() I set my limit to an hour for all socials, which means that I am now time-aware of the 5 minutes I spend doing anything. It's also an excellent reminder of being time efficient. This not only made me tired, but not able to think as well had I gotten enough sleep. ![]() While I do business online, I constantly found myself staying up way too late looking at other people's content. There's a setting inside Screen Time in the iPhone where you can set time limits on specific apps. Set time limits on social media use on my phone. I know I wouldn't be where I am today had I not taken the time to reflect inward to understand what I truly needed as a person, entrepreneur, friend, and more. For those who are struggling right now with forming good habits. So, I'm writing this for those who are neurodivergent, like me. My needs were different than others around me. Had I not developed habits while being an athlete and swimming laps as early as 2 years old, I'm not sure how my life would look now.Īll throughout my life, I have known that I can be difficult, but it wasn't until my autism diagnosis that I understood why. ![]() I still have an agency that has not only survived Covid, but has thrived.
